Mendo Renovations was created to help fill the need in the Greater Toronto area for quality work on a budget. Named after the father of the founder, Mendo is also a wordplay on getting work done!

We may not be the cheapest, contractors in our marketplace, but you can be sure to get the highest quality, and reliability while getting the job done on time.

President & General Manager

Steve has over 20 years in the real estate field, with expertise in commercial and investment. This experience gives him the ability to look at projects in a way that allows him to provide today's top layouts and designs on a lower budget. Maximizing return on renovation investments is a big part of Steve's vision for his clients that is not often seen with contractors.

Steve learned all of his trade skills from his father, Mendo which is why his company bears his name. There are hopes that his three sons will soon follow in the footsteps of their Father and Grandfather. After all, who doesn't love demo-day

Lucas has over 20 years of experience in the construction and renovation industry. Starting with residential and commercial renovation projects in the GTA, he was presented with an excellent opportunity in Los Angeles to manage and take charge of several larger projects, such as the construction of the new LA Memorial Coliseum, Sofi Stadium, home of the LA Rams, the Intuit Dome home of the LA Clippers, and countless projects at Disneyland and LAX Airport.

All this experience is now available for your benefit - his focus is always on the job at hand - getting it done right the first time, on time and on budget.
